- Repair, replacement or refund If a part fails during the warranty period because of a defect in materials or in our workmanship, we repair or replace it, or refund its price, at no cost to you. We inspect the part first to find out what went wrong.
- 30-day returns Return any of our products within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact us first so we can arrange it.

How the core deposit works
The core deposit is refundable. On our turbos it is $100–$600, shown with each part. When we confirm your order, we tell you what the core must include and how to send it. For example: a turbo at $1,700 with a $600 deposit is $2,300 plus sales tax when we confirm your order, and the $600 comes back after we inspect your old turbo.

How much does a diesel turbo rebuild cost?
Across our shop, turbos with and without actuator sold with a core deposit cost $1,700–$3,800 plus a refundable core deposit of $100–$600. Each turbo shows its own price and deposit. The price of rebuilding your own turbo is not listed on the website: call us and ask about yours.
How long does a turbo rebuild take?
Each turbo in our store shows whether it is in stock. When we call you back about your order, we confirm availability and how you get your turbo. Times for rebuilding your own turbo are not listed on the website: call us and ask.
Is a rebuilt turbo as good as a new one?
It is remanufactured, not new. Every turbo goes through thorough inspection and testing, our CIMAT equipment lets us precisely balance and set up our turbochargers, and our supplier of turbocharger parts is Melett. How you receive your turbo, handed to you or to a carrier, is agreed when we call you back to confirm your order; shipping is not arranged on the website, and any delivery dates we give are estimates. Your old turbo, the core, is sent back to us.
